Liberty University is regionally accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award associate, bachelor, master, and doctoral degrees.

TRACS

Liberty University is a member of the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS) having been awarded Reaffirmation status as a Category IV institution by the TRACS Accreditation Commission on September 20, 2000; this status is effective for a period of 10 years.

TRACS is recognized by the United States Department of Education (USDE) and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
